Orders are generally shipped within 1 to 2 business days via a local carrier.

France: 4 to 9 business days. Flat-rate shipping fees apply to all orders, unless free shipping is enabled (when available).

Please note: We do not currently ship to Africa or South America.

We offer international shipping to many countries.

Your order may be subject to customs duties and import taxes (including VAT), which are applied once the shipment arrives in the destination country. BauPaw is not responsible for these charges, which remain the customer's responsibility.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. In this case, the full order amount will be refunded.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at officialbaupaw.fr@gmail.com. Please include your order number and a photo showing the condition of the item. We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
