Return and Refund Policy

We apply a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused or unworn, with tags intact and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

⚠️ Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Please note that our return logistics center is located in Asia. As a result, international shipping costs, delivery times, and any customs fees related to the return remain entirely the customer's responsibility.

We recommend that customers contact us before initiating any return process in order to find the most suitable solution.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return address along with instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

⚠️ In the event of an undelivered order due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if the recipient is absent or cannot be found at the specified address, a full refund is not guaranteed.

In these situations, we offer two possible solutions:

  • Arrange a new shipment upon payment of new shipping fees; or
  • Accept a partial refund corresponding to 20% of the order amount.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it is processed:

  • Orders paid by bank card: within 3 hours of purchase
  • Orders paid via PayPal: within 24 hours of purchase

To cancel an order, you must contact customer service at officialbaupaw@gmail.com.

After this period, the order will be automatically processed and can no longer be cancelled.

Damages and Issues

We encourage you to inspect your order upon receipt and to contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care products (such as beauty items)

We do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you already have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order separately.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If your refund is approved, it will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process the refund.
